Ok, so as well as this new blog to track my progress with online rights and sanity, I've this week submitted my comments to DFAT regarding the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement. This is a not very sensible proposal to basically elevate the teeth of copyright infringement enforcement globally to what the US believes is a good idea - we all know what they think is a good idea.
You can read my comments here, I strongly suggest that people do what they can to get this looked at with the eye of reason - because as it stands it's terrible.
